Why I Speak Life LOUD!
Finding my voice has been a journey—but cultivating it? That’s been my greatest treasure. It led me to open this shop and inspired the name Speak Life LOUD.
Healing my mental health gave me a whole new perspective on life—and more importantly, how I want my impact to move through the world.
As a survivor of trauma throughout my adolescence and young adulthood, I’ve come to believe with my whole being: words are keys. Affirmations helped shift my mindset from chaotic to connected, from surviving to thriving.
Each new day gives me permission to dream and be fully present in the now. With the help of God, therapy, community, and my own radical self-love—I’ve gracefully loved myself back to life.
I no longer take myself, or the love I give my body, lightly.
I stretch the limits of my mental confidence every day—and in return, I receive motivation, vision, and joy.
Every design you see in this shop is rooted in that strength. It’s my courage. It’s my healing. It’s my loud, unapologetic, unconditional love for myself—and now, for you too.
